This Starbucks is at least temporarily closed I was here on October 24th and there is a sign saying it is closed. when it was open it was one of the slower Starbucks... the staff seemed poorly motivated.

Terrible experience. I never have this kind of Starbucks experience in my life. Terrible employees! Disrespectful! Especially I think Christin doesn’t like to work there. My experience totally about her. She is always confusing the orders. She was so slow and confused most of the customers’ orders. I thanked her about her poor service and she replied “you are welcome”. They were so rude!
Convenient for my needs, but no valet at checkin for my luggage after 10 to 15 minutes of waiting. The lounge experience was awkward one night when a group of us were asked to move from our tables to another area to accommodate a dance group. Had the tables we used been marked Reserved, we'd have sat someplace else. Room was OK.
Customer service was awesome
Might be the worst Starbucks in the tri state area. 4 employees, a long line, and 3 of the employees are chatting amongst themselves, somehow completely ignoring the customers. How can this be?
I stopped by today for coffee and a croissant. What a pleasant experience. I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks but the three staff members working the counter were all so friendly that I couldn't help smiling while I waited. Keep up the good work! :)
This is Unbelievable! The Baristas at this location act like the really hate their job. The have very nasty attitude.
Management problems, Copr really have to do something with this Starbucks Location. I stop here at least 2 times a week, and most of the time they are still closed, today 01-15-20 I stopped at 6:48am and the guy yelled at me they not open yet I asked what time they open he said 7.20am what time is that to open a coffee shop??? Plus when I do catch them open the customer service is trash, they give you the “Why you here” look, they really hate their jobs... Worst Starbucks EVER!!!
