I would not use this company again and have been left with repair costs for an appliance they broke. I had a thoroughly awful experience with them and find the owner to be confrontational, aggressive, intimidating and unprofessional. Update: Having consulted a second plumber and the company where I purchased my appliance, I was told that this appliance had been forcefully snapped and was irreparable. Want to reiterate that this is a company I would never recommend.
