Bought a cake for my daughters 2nd birthday. Heard that the place was under new management so wasn’t sure if it would be different but the service was absolutely fantastic! Cake was delicious and the staff were very friendly! My daughter loved her pretty pink cake! Will be buying from cake box again soon!

Don't buy the sundae cups. Stale cake at the bottom layered with fresher cake and cream at the top.
Unprofessional and incompetent service. I paid and ordered online. Then called to double check. They still didn't have the cake when I went to pick it up. I was told to come back later. When I did,, they still didn't have the cake because they couldn't get the image uploaded to their system to print on the cake. No apology or refund was given. It is a shame because this used to be a great shop. It went down hill since new management.
I had a cake from the Farnham Rd branch 25/08/20 and the fruit was well past its best and the cream was thick and dense. Sent an email stating the issues and received an arrogant reply stating the fruit is fresh and checked before sending out - I don't think so, from the photo I sent, the pineapple isn't supposed to be orange!! Who cares about the standard amount of cream your machine creates! it was dense and thick not light and fluffy. No apology and so unprofessional maybe they should take a leaf out of other cake box branches and learn how to communicate with customers and take their complaints more seriously! Won't being going to this branch again!!
Unfortunately not as good as it used to be. I feel like the quality has gone down and the higher prices aren't worth that I'm afraid.
