Bath Road carpet right has messed me around big time. I am fuming, I went to the store to order and pay for my carpet. I have been waiting 2 months and haven’t heard nothing during the process. I called them and they said they could fit my carpet on 22/10/20. I haven’t heard anything after until I called them asking when will the fitter arrive and they said they cannot find my carpet. Do not order your carpet from bath road Slough carpetright I am so disappointed in their service !!! This has left my room with no carpet or furniture as they were meant to be fitting it on the day and the communication is shocking.

A very clean, well stocked store with carpets ranging in price from very cheap to quite expensive for better quality. Social distancing is being observed and entry at the moment is by appointment only to limit the numbers of customers. Tissues and sanitizer available on entry. Staff helpful and carpet fitting available within 2 weeks.

Very good quality carpet. My wife chose a lovely purple for our sitting room. It was delivered when promised and the fitter even cleaned up! I will definitely use Slough again! Especially as the promotions were good value for money.
