I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Cash Converters Slough. I was recently the victim of a theft and I notified the staff at CC of the stolen items. The items were subsequently taken to CC by the thief and CC recognised the items, called the police and had the items returned to me. I will forever be grateful for their diligence, professionalism and compassion. Great Guys!

Cash Converters Slough High Street - Is better than most. Its hit or miss with some CC's. More often than not items delivered have not been very well tested or cleaned, it is beyond me why there is little pride in the service that is provided and is further evidence why most CC's have Bad Bad Reviews. They must be very busy, understaffed and underpaid - shame really as it could be one of the best high street brands if its done right. CC Slough High street have been 5/5 for communication which is a priority with distance selling. They have attended and dealt with original errors. I wanted to give them 5/5, but alas I have given them 4/5 as item not fully cleaned, data still present on device, packaging could be better, cost me to send back item to change and still didn't receive the correct listed item but minor issue as Bargain price. 5/5 on price. But at least they stayed in contact some just ignore the mistakes. its the little things that make a big difference all the best to Slough CC
each member of staff gives different prices, very rough when handling goods, dirty shop, goods are not clean, not knowledgable about the product, 0 customer service skills !!! avoid!!
put my tablet in on pawn when i got it back the screen was scratched and the language on it was change to arabic when questioned i was told it was in that condition when i gave it to them ridiculous manager refused to do anything never coming back!
Just wanted to say cash converters are absolute gems the stuff they sell is absoulete bargains I have brought a tv and phone of here with no problems at all they are in excellent condition I don't no about other people why they have had left bad feedback but my experience overall excellent thank you to the guy who sorted my tv problem that was the only issue I had with my tv which was advertised wrong as there was no DVD player in the tv and he gave me a partial refund excellent service my favourite shop and I will be deffeintly ordering again.thank you cash gen and happy New year xxxx
Always accommodating and fair. Lee is always helpful and staff are friendly. Good store highly recommend.
