I have been using Classic Cleaners for over 20 years now. They have always been on time, producing effectively cleaned, beautifully presented clothing and on occasions bedding for me, sometimes in difficult circumstances. My wife wanted to use a much closer firm, and did for a few weeks, but the difference in both the price and the service meant that she asked me to take her stuff to Classic again pretty quickly. Best dry cleaners in Berkshire or South Bucks by miles.

First and last time using this dry cleaners. Went in to get trousers adjusted and decided to get the suit dry cleaned as there was a food stain on the shoulder of the jacket. The guy at the counter was nice enough, charged a little over the top but to be expected since i needed the suit adjusted over night. When I got back home with the suit, the first thing i noticed was how wrinkled it was, creases all over it like it had not been steamed after washing. Then I caught the giant stain still present on the shoulder - I dont believe the jacket was dry cleaned at all. See the photos attached. Finally, I tried on the trousers, and though they fit well, you can not for love or money iron them the way they have been adjusted. The sewing is all over the place and the trouser seams no longer sit in a way that allows them to be ironed. Any half decent tailor would have done a better job. When you have to go home and fix a botched job, you wonder what the hell you paid for and when the response is \we dont touch stains incase it ruins the material\ you wonder how this business even exists as dry 'cleaners'. Avoid like the plague. The evidence is right there photos.
Professional and reliable company. Their service really helps with time-management, really good value for money, and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They also run occasional promotions that are especially good for season wear. I highly recommend them. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Terrible service avoid put 2 sets of curtains to be cleaned curtains still had stain on them and when I hung them back up they had shrunk took them back to tell the rude manager he said it was because of cheap linings no the lining hasn't shrunk but the velvet had 1st man I spoke to said that when you hang curtains they shrink no they don't I asked about the stain he said come on you cant remove everything they cost me 95 pounds for 2 sets of curtains both ruined so I've now had to get new sets the curtains were not cheap from next and not even a year old the .manager did not want to know started to serve other customers while I was talking
