I pre ordered a highchair months before it was released, it came out and it's been 1 month since they've even shipped it. Customer service keeps saying itll be with me by the end of the week and nothing, first time using this site and I've never felt like I can not trust a site as much as diffusion kids. My baby is 7 months and still without a high chair, I want to cancel but customer service is awful and i cant afford to order a new one from a different site. If I could give 0 i would. This site IS a scam, please mums buy elsewhere.

I went to order a dress for my niece they had a lot of variety. There are not too many clothes shops left in Slough but for kids this place is the best i found in Slough. Based in the Queensmere Shopping centre , they are right opposite the Body Shop

Extremely pleased with my experiences with diffusion, i would definitely recommend them to all parents. I’ve been a regular customer for many years now and I’m sure many more to come. Their customer service is very quick and efficient and are always accommodating to me and my children’s needs in regards to their school uniforms. very happy !
