Overall delighted. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly member of staff who just made himself available without coming across intrusive.Enjoyed the complimentary hot drink. The staff were very informative.

I bought drawers from store in March month.Just before lockdown. i have contacted immediately to return as it was not right fit. I have been advice that i cannot return due to lock down and they will email to inform when store re-open to return in shop. I went to shop retun seeing government guideline that all shops non essential store opened on 4th July.. but, store manager refused to return for unused stuff and said i am late to return so, credit note only the option. Its really disappointing service as guy was not ready to even listen on covid-19 lockdown situation although i have emailed same month of purchase. He didn't give any return proof notes and credit note will be added to your account in 2-3 days if not then i need to call back. No proof of return given on the day ! Not straight forward return using Dwell.although i have been told to wait by their customer service. Think twice before buy as their policy change according to store. Update :i have sent email to customer care as mentioned here. same day but no reply till now. Also no refund generated. Very poor service.
We had bought a dinning table from them last year in April.. and already the laminate from the edges and from on end of the BBC table is peeling off- and this is when the table had hardly been used ! When I contacted thr company to repair or exchange the table they simply refused tomdo either saying that it was due to misuse by us! I would never buy another product from them again ... their customer service and quality of products is really bad !!! My dinning table from Argos lasted me 5-6 years and wven then its laminate coveringmin top never came off !
I ordered a small side table to be delivered to the store. The delivery was quick and I was kept informed via email throughout the process. When the item was ready to collect a member of staff called me to inform it it had arrived and I was able to collect it without any delays or issues. The table is good value for money and I am very pleased with the service provided.
