Haven’t written a review in a while but for sure I had to today! I visited Gelatos during lockdown, whereby face masks are compulsory unless exempt. I am exempt due to a respiratory condition, I always have my certificate at hand. Firstly upon entering I got questioned about my mask (rightfully so) when informing the staff member I was exempt she was adamant that I wasn’t, after constantly questioning me for my certificate and ID, which is illegal by law. I produced my documents. After being served, I spoke to another staff member regarding the ice cream. In doing so I was called a “dog” randomly out the blue. Everyone was shocked, her fellow colleagues we’re also in shocked! When the first staff member tried to explain the situation too me and I was responding peacefully too her, the same employee that called me a “dog” came and said “if you wasn’t a dog, you wouldn’t be so surprised I called you that”. How disgusting and vile. A shop can employee staff like that. I feel violated and highly disrespected! I will not be returning to this shop and I do NOT recommend it to anyone!

Gelatos have the most beautiful decor and it's a lovely place to sit in and enjoy your desserts. So it was our first time visiting and we ordered waffles, machiatos, mint hot chocolate, cheesecake, and red velvet cake. We didnt realise the machiato came in a small size as it wasn't written down, however Gelatos were super nice and swapped our machiatos for full sized ones! They were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming! Had an amazing time as their customer service was on point! I would definitely recommend thier waffles!! The waffles were absolutely divine!! They're just the best I've ever had. They were so nice, fresh,soft and had a gorgeous crunch to them. Really enjoyed it. I also really enjoyed the red velvet cake and will definitely be visiting again soon! Thank you Gelatos, really appreciated your hospitality!
Probably the most beautiful looking shop in the whole of Slough!! I had the Ferrero Roche and Bounty Mix Milkshake and it was the best Milkshake i've had. Fantastic. Staff were very friendly and all smile. Thanks. In the immortal words of Arnie, \I'll be back!
I went there for the first time and the service I had was so atrocious. The two brown Asian girls were just staring and making eye contact with me so it’s obvious they were discussing me. As a customer I felt so uncomfortable there and awkward and I should not be feeling like this. The food was not right either and one part of my order was cold. This is not acceptable and I never want to go here again because of this experience. Bad food and bad customer service. Please sort out your employees!!!
Great spot to hangout, easily the nicest place in Slough to have dessert. Very upmarket interior with a great flower wall (nice touch). I had a crepe and mint chocolate chip ice cream both of which were fantastic - highly recommend a visit
