Horrendous place to work. I was bullied if not emotionally abused by the 'supervisor' I had to work alone with when I had a cleaning job at a Sir Harold Hillier Gardens in Romsey, Hampshire. The supervisor wanted me to come in at 5am rather than 6am as the job advert stated, I said I couldn't because I was 16 and this was agaisnt young worker laws, and that's when the abuse started, the supervisor was like a moody 10 year old from then on, ridiculously nitpicking and complaining I was too slow because I made use of the allocated shift time to get the job done to a high standard rather that cut corners so we could finish early and she could leave early... Her attitude was so disgusting that even my \good mornings\ were met with scowls and after one serious outburst from her I ran away off site and got my dad to collect me early. This was at 0700 in the morning on a bitter winters day at an extremely rural gardening centre. Never felt so unsafe in the workplace... The area Manager did not even acknowledge the problem when I explained what had been happening and why I was never coming back. Just horrendous... So potential customers be warned, unhappy staff have a terrible work ethic and a poor standard of work. There are so many other cleaning contractors which offer high standards of service from happy staff who's management actually have an ounce of integrity...

Hayward services have been a Crystaline customer for the best part of 8 years. In this time I have worked closely with Stuart and his team of Directors. In all this time I have seen the business grow to where it is. I believe that one of the main reasons for this is due to their professionalism and and an eye for detail. I have also happily recommended Hayward Services to some of our other clients.

I have an excellent working relationship with everyone at Hayward, it really is one of the best companies that I have had the pleasure to work for over the years. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone, the support is brilliant! everyone works as a close team, I would say its more like a family. Things just get done!

I wouldn't recommend to work for this company as they do not care about their staff if you are seriously ill and you tell him first thing in the morning they do not care because they rather have you in as they don't not have the staffed to cover you everything you do is wrong even though you have done everything they had asked you to do they do not communicate with you so you don't not know what is going on all they say is it's got nothing to do with you even though you are a supervisor they're all nice to you at first then they are really rude to you your all ways in the wrong
