One word.. WOW I am really impressed with the professionalism of this place. I had a appt booked back in February but because of lockdown they were closed so I got a courtesy call yesterday from the manager who remembered my appointment and asked if I would like to rebook. I had actually forgotten but they didn’t! This is what I call service. Other businesses take note ️ it really is the little things that matter

Absolutely in love with place! The decorations, staff & owner are so pleasant most of all my hair was amazing you can tell they use quality products as my hair has never felt so good! Definitely worth the price I paid which was slightly higher than my previous salon but was worth every penny and I will be back again! Thank you Humira and I can’t wait to see you all soon
Went to humairas having heard good things about her but was left disappointed they didn’t even change the couch roll when they went to wax my arms and was left with a burn mark on my armpit due to skin peeling. They need to get better staff, how can this be open?
I'm new to the area and didn't really know much about the salons and I purely went by the reviews to this salon and also their instagram page which are really realy good!! The salon is beautifully set and instantly you know you'll be in good hands. The day I went I was booked with the main hair stylist, Humira. She was very pleasent and professional to speak to and had a pool of knowledge!! I didn't even know how to explain what I wanted but Humira picked up from my vague explanation and gave me a very affordable package which included wash colour, cut and blow dry. This was over 5 hours worth of work and Humira was very friendly and approachable throughout. The salon uses top grade products and hair styling equipment which alone make the experience very enjoyable and luxury. I've also then returned to this salon for waxing and I am now a regular client! They are experts in what they do and it shows in the skills of all the staff that work at the there! I would highly recommend this salon and I've never had to go find another plave for anything!
Visited Humira’s first time as it caught my eye as its one of the nicest looking place on High Street definitely stood out! Got my waxing, hair & nails done spent the day there and the girls are so welcoming and took great care of me. I will recommend this salon to everyone you will nit be disappointed as i certainly was not. Cant wait for my next visit, see you soon
I just want to say during lockdown Humira’s have been amazing with giving me advise I was unsure of how to take care of my hair and I DM them and they got back to me straight away with great advise. Can’t wait till you reopen and thank you for taking care of me during lockdown love you guys
This was before the lockdown started. Firstly I had to wait 45 minutes for an appointment I had pre booked over the phone. I didn’t see the lady change the paper towel that was on the bed, she only did so after I insisted.
I had a facial here and our was amazing. I also had some waxing. First time since lock down. Service was great. Girls were really warm and welcoming. I came out very relaxed and spoiled. Will definitely try their hair cut service next. Thank you for the great service.
