I cant recommend this showroom enough. I had a great experience and the salesman Brett made me feel very confident that I chose the right car for me. He made sure that when i received the car it looked immaculate inside and out! I love my new car and recommend anyone thinking about buying a jaguar or range rover to ask for Brett. The staff were very professional and helpful considering all the added pressures of CV-19 at present. I wanted to wait for the service to be completed at the showroom, they were very accommodating and allowed me to occupy one of their sales booths. Even when an angry uncooperative customer came in the staff remained polite and professional, even though this individual was incredibly rude, didn’t listen and refused to don his mask which he chose to wear under his chin. My car was returned in good time with a full and comprehensive report. Very happy to return for additional work and future services.

Very disappointed in the service from this dealership. I received great service in the run up to, and throughout the purchase of my new car but since then the service has been extremely poor. The car needed a new windscreen to be fitted after collection of the car which was completed quickly but poorly. The car was returned to me with trim incorrectly aligned. The car was then sent back to Lancaster Land Rover to be sorted, along with 2 other minor issues I had and was advised that the repairs would be completed in a few days. Two and a half weeks later I still do not have the car back, nor do I have a completion date. Communication from the dealership has been very limited so I requested that the head of sales (Naz) contact me to discuss my concerns while the salesperson I had been dealing with (Nick) was on leave. I was assured that this would happen at the start of this week. The head of sales has not contacted me, nor have they returned any messages I have left or answered the phone when I have been put through. During this period I have been provided with a courtesy car. This car has no working air-conditioning, and has warning lights on the dashboard about the windscreen wash fluid being empty. When I raised this with the dealership I was advised that they were not obliged to provide me with a car at all, inferring that I was lucky to have one. Whilst they may not be required to give me a car I would not expect that kind of response given the situation and that my car was in for faults on the vehicle as a result of their works or that were on the car prior to my ownership. This is of particular concern given that I have a 7 month old baby who cannot be driven around in a car that cannot be cooled down. Whilst the early customer service was good, I cannot recommend using this dealership because of how the service has deteriorated. The lack of communication, and the lack of interest from the management is just not acceptable.

Katie was extremely bright, clear and helpful. The car was returned in a spotless condition and no work was carried without pre-agreement. Covid precautions meant i could not enter the building nor wait in the customer reception area. This was understandable.
