I have recently been to see Chris at Langley Osteopathy as I had damaged my outer left ankle along with my inner right knee and neither was helping the other to heal. Chris provided me with professional and comprehensive treatment tailored to my individual needs and issues. By diligently following his suggested exercises my pain has eased significantly and thankfully I’m now almost fully healed. Not only was he very knowledgeable and able to explain everything in terms I understood but he also didn’t up-sell any additional unnecessary treatment – in my mind that’s the sign of a true professional. If you are considering osteopathy, I really recommend you give Chris a try.
