I've decided to go for a leasing solution in April under lockdown. The communication with Leasys and the dealer in Slough was always clear and smooth, they tried to be helpful to find the model best matching my requirements and within few weeks I went to take my car, a Fiat 500X. Once set up, the payment process is seamless and keeps your mind free. They have also a mobile application with all important information about the vehicle and the contract, the registration process is a bit long, but then the app is clean and easy to understand and can be useful in any situation (from remembering the licence plate, to reading contract infos and calling the customer service if needed). So far, after the first 3 months, I am fully satisfied, and I hope I can confirm this within 1-2 years.

As with all car finance deals, there's a contract. My deposit and monthly are clearly listed, yet they charged a higher deposit and a higher monthly. I've complained numerous times, occasionally receiving a reply, but the issue is not rectified or credited.
Terrible customer service, have asked for a payment holiday because our business has to close because of the virus, they answered a couple of times with security questions, which I gave but then they took my payment out and no explanation. All our other suppliers have been brilliant. Will never use them again
Worst customer service . Terrible. I would avoid these clowns. No complaints procedure. Don’t return phone calls.
I have leased two cars with leasys, as an avid review writer, wanting to lease an other car, I am here checking their current rating out curiosity. I was with leasys for 4 years never encountered problems mentioned by other reviewers. I had an account manager who always replied to emails or answered my calls. I even bought my last lease car. Everything was professionally handled. I hope this gives a different prospective.
