I joined QA in June 2018 and worked up till Feb 2020. This is the worst company to work for, although the largest provider for apprenticeships in UK but no ethos and discipline. The worst part is right hand doesn't know what the left one is doing. I was looking after 4 large corporates and management had no idea on the delivery of the level 4 apprenticeships. On top of that Vodafone always blamed me for not delivering the standards properly. Shame QA was only interested with money and not getting the systems right. By the time of writing this review I am still waiting for HR to provide me with the login for my HR portal so I can print these for HMRC, but 2 weeks later nothing. No one is bothered to respond to emails or phone calls. And no equality at senior level, you won’t see any Asian or African national on the top management. All Asians are at assessor levels. I am not surprised they got Grade 2, this should be require improvements. Avoid working for this company at all costs.

Nobody answers the phone..it's impossible to contact QA even though they have a number it's a waste of time ringing it.

I joint theQA.IQ apprenticeship programme hoping to kick start my career however it became the most daunting and stressful 2 years because the teachers kept on changing or leaving in the middle of modules which were taught. I also find the QA.IQ very misleading as they promised a job at the end of the apprenticeship which did not happen. Many of us students were promised the MCDST however QA delayed this until the apprenticeship programme was over and then emailed us explain we had to pay for the course. If you are looking for an apprenticeship in IT avoid QA.IQ at all cost as their training and employees are very immature and unhelpful.

Worst company to choose if you want to do the following course CompTIA A, CompTIA Network and MCDST Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician as their Trainers/Staff are amatuers in this field you are better of going to London IT Training.

I would not recommend QA.IQ Slough as it is in the bottom market for IT their stuff and employees are very rude and unprofessional and their is a limited chance to progess in this company
