Absolutely shocking service - stick to the more reputable furniture stores... From start to still on-going I have never ever experienced such frustrating service. This is definitely a company I would never purchase from again - ever! I have had to click a star so that I can post a warning to future customers otherwise absolutely no star rating for such poor service. I'm 10 months down the line and still trying to resolve an issue with my faulty sofa.

very down to Earth the manger was very plesant , as well as the sales man and staff .. were left alone to browse , when asked questions, they were answered .never once we were pressured and the sales man left us to our own will, till we decided what we wanted . not like some of the other stores , where we just wanted to leave Scs Slough Excellent

We purchased sofas at the beginning of the year. The side of the arm rest started coming off. A nail was out in the side which was inches away from poking my son in the eye.We went in and complained, chose another set of sofas... only to be told 6 weeks later our order was not placed!!! So we reordered another set 10 weeks ago.. still have not received a new set. The manager is rude. Phone Customer service are absolutely rubbish. They end the bloody call when your talking . I am disappointed in the service and customer aftercare.

Bought quite an expensive sofa set, the spring in the sofa started to poke when sitting. I was sold the care plan stating any issue or damage they would simply replace the whole set! When I went to make a claim they make you ring so many different departments, send emails fill out form take pictures. Finally a guy came out to assess the fault and stated it wasn't covered. They are cheaply made sofas, dont buy the 5 years insurance cover its completely fraudulent and does not comply with FSA regulations. A risk adverse service with the worst customer service I have ever come across.

The service is so poor, DO NOT USE AT ALL. If you send an e-mail they do not answer as they get fend up with the complaints about poor service issues.. Very Very Poor Service by the Managers and the team at Slough. And they have only 1 star not 5 as shown in store

Very frustrating service. We chose quite expensive sofa & applied for finance .then the guy said its quite late evening so please come next day. Next morning I received an email from finance company said its approved. Then I received a call from ScS said please come and e -sign. I went and amended one item, after waiting an hour then the guy said need Manager for amendments, please come next day. Then I cancel the whole purchase. Its look like without Manager the can't handle anything. There supposed to be someone to cover while Manager is off.

My wife and I bought a sofa set at a great price last weekend. Very happy with the sofa. We were first assisted by Ash (i think that was his name) and he was fantastic - very helpful and informative. After having a quick look around DFS, we decided to return to ScS to purchase a sofa. On return, we were assisted by the store manager who we found to be quite pushy and brash and we felt somewhat rushed to complete our purchase... ‘I’ve got a lot to do so shall we crack on’ was the phrase used. If Ash hadn’t already done the great ground work, we probably wouldn’t have gone through with the purchase. If there was any commission to be earned on this deal, we hope It went to Ash.
