Great service from the pub however the shisha lounge is terrible! Poor customer service staff show alot of attitude all playing on the phons. Terrible management who like to give attitude to the customers. Take ages bringing out a pipe! You have to wait ages for a coal change. To many fights kicking of in the lounge! Horrible business who dont care about the customer and just greedy for money.
Hunter S Thompson said "good people drink good beer". This place sells the lowest common denominator beer to lowest common denominator people. The sooner it's demolished, the better. Even better would be if its clientèle were in the pub during demolition.
Al hasta has good range of flavours and service is on point
The place should get new owners and younger staff instead ov staff that dont smile and should be retired other wise nock it down and build something people want.
