Our service manager, Brandon, was very courteous and patiently explained the work that was required. The waiting area was clean and socially-distanced. Everyone wore masks. Even though the Service department and waiting area were busy, I felt reasonably safe. The work was completed in less than the estimated time, and the bill contained no surprises. I noticed that the mechanic used a hygienic covering on the seat and headrest, plus a disposable mat on the floor to keep the interior clean. Waiting is never fun, but in this case, it was a pleasant experience.

100% excellent. Very professional and nice and welcoming. First time there and was pleased. Relaxing waiting area and top notch quick service. They didn’t try to push anything on me, just there to help. Very clean, and pandemic enforced rules were maintained. I’ll easily return.

Excellent sales rep and awesome experience with selecting and buying car. I had one problem when I sat down to sign paperwork finance lady was super rude and she had wrong price and it was pointed out and she started throwing paper around and I could tell she was very upset. Jordan our sales lady was amazing though she gets 5 stars!! Finance lady I wouldn’t even give 1 star she could use a refresher in customer service.
