I was in town for work but needed a little bit of maintenance done on my vehicle. Went to this location and was overly pleased by the outstanding customer service! Bill and Desi took great care of me and answered every question I had with no pressure to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who need service. We were recommended to Steve “Karl” Karwath and I can’t thank the recommendation enough. Honest, pleasant and detailed. He took his time answering all of our questions as we weren’t in a huge rush. I can even attest for teamsmanship at Smart Lexus, when a car popped up that we had interest in Steve was out on maternity leave and his colleague Robert Gimmy stepped up to answer a few questions. I truly appreciated knowing that the company offered Steve maternity leave so he could rightfully be with his family and that his clients were getting taken care off...all the feels! We had a few concessions about the car and the saws manager, Nick Grantz was very reasonable and compassionate towards our concerns. He (and Steve) even took their time to make sure we were happy with Francisco’s work...you know the person in the service department that no one ever gets to meet or say thank you too....he’s the real hero in this story, you are so appreciated! I have so much gratitude for the entire team and because of that I felt comfortable the entire time I was there...not one moment of anxiety! Go luxury, go Lexus, go Smart Lexus!!!

Vehicle has an oil leak. They didn't want to check out the issue until numbers were ran. This model has a few known issues with oil leaks. One being very expensive a timing cover leak. I'm not a mechanic but the sales guy said they must of spilled some oil when removing the oil filter. I knew that wasn't the case because for two reasons, 1 the location of the oil 2 the oil filter just lowers down when removed. We passed on the vehicle because of the leak. Was told someone else was interested in it. Our salesperson said he had another SUV and we set a time to see it but received an email before our visit about another SUV that didn't fit our needs. It was only fwd when we specifically asked for awd or 4x4.. Then the afternoon that we are suppose to go look at the SUV that he suggested after Lexus one we received a text saying it was sold. Bad experiences after another. They should of looked at the oil leak to begin with! Last I saw the Lexus it was parked for sale with the leak not fixed!

I, as a 25 year-old, drove the 2004 Lexus car I learned how to drive in until it stopped working earlier this month. I was very nervous to get a new car because I loved my old car so much and know little about purchasing cars. The car held so many memories from high school and college, it took me to so many states and concerts, I was honestly very sad to see it go. But I worked with Will Hollis, and he made the process of trading in my old Lexus in for a Toyota a breeze. He and the finance manager at the Toyota dealership explained every thing to me in detail, so I understood what I was signing, what my options were, and handled every question I asked with the patience of a saint. They worked with me to get the best financing deals and helped me set up a monthly finance plan. For as long as I live in Iowa, I will never go anywhere else for my automotive dealings. I would highly recommend any Lujack dealerships. The customer service is always top notch and it’s nice to be able to have one sales person be able to compare multiple brands and test drive them without having to play the “can I have your card” game. Also on their new vehicles they let the salesperson ask you if you want the front plate bracket installed or not. That right there is something every dealership should do. After all it is your vehicle, you shouldn’t have to deal with unwanted holes in your brand new vehicle. Will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle here.
