I recently completed a water efficiency project at home and would like to highly recommend The Smart Water Shop in Hoppers Crossing. My project entailed connecting my cisterns and a garden watering system (Hydrawise) from my water tank. Luke Gibbins and staff were brilliant. They listened to my ideas and they went about providing better options and with competitive pricing. We are so happy with the outcome and so is my garden. Hope to see you at the International Flower and Garden Show in 2021.

Exceptional customer service, they helped me design a system from my house plan so that now I know the full scope of the project and its requirements. Staff were very knowledgeable and had no issue answering every question I had. Now I feel 100% confident with the project in front of me.

Really friendly and helpful staff who are true experts in their field. Always enjoy going in and checking out new stuff and having a chat to the guys.
I do recommend for any smart water projects, i went there with a dream with shortcut, trust me they point me in to right way of doing the job, keep in mind, before you do go and talk to them, get it plan on the paper, you will save money, and your valuable time. Trust me they all come from big project backgrounds with good experience.
Customer service by luke was excellent. Id highly recommend any one to come to this store for technically advice and their time to explain for beginners.
