Rob is a great trainer with a real personal commitment to help you do better. Starting the block by taking your basic measurements and working with you to create your targets, Rob then designs a series of varied and engaging routines to push you to do your best. He works with a range of tools such as sand bags, kettle bells, Viprs and TRX and a great sense of humour! I'd recommend him - and I've got my fingers crossed I'll stop all my bad (eating and drinking) habits one day so that he has the chance to make a difference!
