serving the trade since 1889\ I believe one bloke has been waiting at the trade counter since December 1890 and still hasn't received his steel. They are helpful friendly people (well they were, before they read this review) but very slow providing the steel and paperwork. Probably worth paying for delivery just to avoid waiting at the counter.

The whole process of dealing with FH Brundle has been frustrating from the very beginning and still to this date is not resolved. I ordered mild steel components for a small test batch of products. I chose a company I thought to be reputable and reliable as I'd need them to later supply in larger quantities for manufacturing. I've been been thoroughly disappointed at their inability to fulfil my order, the lack of clarity between their various branches for stock and their courier service for delivery. On numerous occasions I've chased up the order to no avail, weeks later with no other option, I've requested a refund and they seem incapable of even streamlining this process. For any time sensitive projects I would highly recommend looking for an alternative supplier.
