Disgusting ! My son ordered food and brought home only to find a long black hair in his burger, he realised while eating the burger and discovered the hair in his mouth and showed me it. I rang the shop and explained and had no apology what so ever instead insisted it could be from a paint brush, like noooo it was NOT a paint brush hair. At this point the shop guy was getting frustrated and hung up !!! Great customer service Not going to this shop again. Awful.

i cant understand why people write so low class reviews about this famous bearwood landmark,mouthwatering full of taste the food is remarkable...Don't go with the reviews this place has to be tried......brilliant.!!!!!
