Lady at the Smethwick flowers was very courteous and helpful..she even give her personal cell so that she can help me select appreciate flowers for my uncle's funeral and i was calling from Toronto Canada. She did the flowers arrangements according to my desire and budget..
This is a ideal place for flowers made up for funerals, weddings & all special occasions. The prices are very reasonable & they have never let me down yet. I defo recommend
I had bought balloons for my sons birthday online and a tank with being in lock down when I got the tank out today it didn't work I phoned round many shops and no one would fill the balloons I phoned this lovely lady and she said bring them in she will fill them thank you so much you have made sure my son has a special birthday will deffinatly use this shop again you go above and beyond for your customers I really can't thank you enough
A horrible experience that I will never forget. I ordered flowers for my siblings wedding in advance, and the night before I had to collect them. They were the wrong colour, wrong ribbon and a smaller bouquet than agreed. The lady was so rude she threw the money I paid her at me. In the end we almost got what we originally ordered but it was a struggle. She even took photos of her work on Facebook without asking and making us wait longer for the order. I was exhausted and miserable at the wedding because of this experience. I will NEVER shop here again.
