Dr Senthil and his team of dental health professionals have provided me with exceptional care and attention over the years. More recently, following a complex procedure, I'm absolutely delighted with the end result. At every step, I felt valued, informed and confident with the suggestions and recommendations, also value for money. Ongoing treatment and advice on oral healthcare is always welcome. From front desk to treatment room – top marks. In fact, I recommended to my mother-in-law. After 20 years with the same dentist, she 'tried' Smile Suffolk – and guess what? She was/is absolutely delighted. To quote her: 'Dr Senthil has a lovely manner and is so polite'. Would highly recommend Smile Suffolk and Dr Senthil. Great environment too :-)

Visited Dr Senthil today for a crown, having been so nervous with previous dentists I am totally relaxed with Dr Senthil, my husband and I are in our 50’s and we both say he is the best dentist we have ever had. He is very patient and kind, takes his time to explain the procedure and has the most amazing memory. As for covid 19, I was concerned about my emergency appointment but didn’t need to worry as they have everything covered, minimising the amount of patients in the building, full PPE, ventilation in the surgery, all staff are vaccinated and take tests every two days. Facilities are modern, up-to-date and look fabulous. Thank you Dr Senthil and your team five star!

I must say I have nothing but praise for 'Smile Suffolk' from the initial phone call to the end of my treatment. My own dentist could not fit an implant for me in their Ipswich dental practise, so I had no hesitation in giving Smile Suffolk a ring as my husband had already had a very difficult extraction carried out there.(which was carried out brilliantly) The reception team were very professional, kind and helpful on the phone and made me an appointment which was before the very first lockdown. My first impression of the reception area was spacious and extremely clean. The reception team are fantastic, such warm and friendly people and just went out of their way to make you feel at ease. Dr Senthil carried out all my treatment with kindness, explaining all he was going to do and with such professionalism. The treatment rooms were just spotless and gave me such confidence having to finish my treatment during the pandemic, obviously when the government gave dentists the go ahead. Just can't praise them enough and would have no hesitation in going there again. From start to finish it was all exemplary and I thank you all so much.
