Very friendly, patient staff who are eager to assist and answer your questions. They've always been very timely in filling my prescriptions after I call them in. I also love the text alerts I receive when my prescriptions are ready! If you DON'T want to feel like just \another customer\ and favor the \home town\ feeling of getting to know those who serve you on a regular basis, then Smith County Drug Center is the pharmacy for you!

I prefer supporting small business and the staff is nice, that's why it breaks my heart to move my business to Walmart for my own safety. Many of the staff at SCDC do not wear masks. The pharmacist blows off patient concerns by reporting that ALL of the unmasked staff has had COVID19 so are 'immune' so don't need masks. This is in direct contradiction to current CDC and TN Health Department guidelines, and I must now wonder what OTHER health guidelines this supposed 'medical professional' allows their employees to ignore. As an immunosuppressed patient, I will only do business with Medical Professionals who adhere to CDC and TN Health Department Guidelines. Unfortunately, Walmart corporate seems to care more about the health of their employees and pharmacy customers than SCDC does.
