We have used Smith Tree on and off over the years, and we've always gotten just what we wanted from them - good, clean, honest service. They removed a dying ash tree for us and trimmed up a huge cotton wood. Several years ago they planted a crimson maple in our back yard. It was a hot, dry Summer and they sent us reminders to keep it watered. Four, five years later the maple has grown to a nice size and is in her Autumn glory. Recently they trimmed up two aging maples in our front yard. A month ago they were back to remove a big, ugly, old pine and take out the stump. In its place they planted a Norway Spruce - super cute. This coming Spring they'll be back to fertilize the two aging maples. Five stars for Smith Tree from my husband and me.

The service was excellent ! Arrived on time, performed an excellent job of trimming the trees in question. They also hauled away the cut branches and raked the area they worked in!

First job date was cxl do to an emergency. ( Im ok with that) They never called to set up a second date. I had to call them. Then they just came out and did the job and never let me know. ( would have been nice to be home for it) Then had to play phone tag for weeks. Ultimately I just didnt pay the bill and waited for a call. I finally got one and I told them I would pay it if they answered my questions. The guy who called me to answer my questions was extremely rude! Ignorant! and just did not care. Ultimately he said he would come out and do some things, but Im sorry you lost your chance. I should not have to beg for good service. I paid the bill and learned my lesson. Photo shows a 4 to 6 ft branch that fell but they did not take it out of the tree. So just waiting for it to fall on me. They were going to trim back away from wires, which they totally forgot to do. GOOD LUCK What they did do, was Very good! That is why they get at 3 star.

Over priced and can not trust what you’re told. There is a “healthy case of selective amnesia “ when discussing what was agreed and what was done. Will never use the Tree service again.
