Not a custom butcher AT ALL. I provided fabrication instructions for a cow. They said " that's way beyond what we do" I just wanted custom cutting, boneless rib steak, skirt steaks, tri-tip, short ribs, etc. The most they said they would do is take the bone out of the rib steaks…..Gee thanx guys. What a useless company. If you don't pick from their SUPER generic cuts, they don't want to cut for you. See ya later, unfortunately options are limited in Smithers, which I guess is why their service SUCKS!!! Needless to say I did not spend any money at the sausage factory, nor will I ever.

I’m surprised there are so little reviews for such an amazing deli in a small town. There are so many different styles of meet and cheeses to choose from. Even meets you can’t purchase in big cities. The building is cool and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll return next year for the third annual protest for sure.
Great variety of meats, cheeses, candies, and other specialty food items. It was positive to see so many ladies working there and knowledgeable about their products.

The Sausage Factory makes delicious sausages, sandwiches, steaks and other delectable eats. The staff are amazing! There is a BBQ from April to May. Come by to experience the best service and sausages in the valley.
