The whole experience was quick and neat. The cat responded positively when being handled as well. I will definitely be returning to this young lady.

Just called to inquire about an appointment. When asked the type of breed and age (beagle/cocker spaniel mix, 2.5 yrs) we were turned down and told she couldnt take a dog 'like that'. I'm confused. She refused before I was even able to ask about any service (I called because I just wanted her nails trimmed). This is a shame.

Posted hours for Saturday say open from 9am to 1pm. Showed up at 1215 and closed and locked up. Gave them a call to which a young lady answered. I asked if they are actually open and she said no they are just in cleaning because Monday is a holiday and then said the person who does nail trims doesn’t always work Saturday so to call in before. Kind of defeats the purpose of ‘walk-in’ nail trims. No sign in the window or or the door with hours either.
