I’ve been shopping at Toy Heaven off and on for the last 6 months or so and I have been very impressed with their level of customer service and follow up. The toys I’ve ordered are always shipped promptly and well packed. They have all come exactly as described on the website and best of all the prices are very reasonable, often much lower than ebay. If you are a vintage toy collector like me I would highly recommend them.

I live half a province away from these folks, yet they ALWAYS have what I have been searching for for years. They're always there to answer questions and they always ensure that your products are delivered when they are promised, even going out of their way to send out orders on Easter Monday to ensure that the customer is treated like gold. Toy Museum!!! That is what my 3 1/2 yr old Granddaughter Ellie calls it! This past Saturday we brought Ellie and our other Granddaughter Mari who almost 2 years old. We did an hour of the virtual reality. The older one loved it! Lenny was so patient with her and spent time telling her how to use it. The girls love going there as we allow them to pick out one toy! Ellie was already asking on Sunday to go back! We've gone in the past as well as a group of adults and we all also enjoyed the virtual reality! We will be back again!
