Their rates are much higher than advertised on insurance hotline. There is ONLY ONE broker for auto insurance They force you to take 2,000,000 liability The broker takes forever to get a hold of. You call the secretary and she has him you call you back, which can take up to 24 hours. I purchased a new vehicle and was able to get 50 less/month with another company, so I attempted to cancel with W.J. Wood Broker Ltd. in the middle of my policy with a fee which i accepted to pay. The other company needed confirmation that I was currently insured with W.J. but they would not divulge that information making it very difficult and frustrating working with my broker. In the end I had to put up with their jacked rated for an additional 6 months A very unpleasant experience
