I made an online purchase on Walmart.ca in November for a Christmas present. When it was opened at Christmas, it did not work. The manufacturer refused to accept a return because I had had it more than 30 days. Thankfully, Sarah at the Smiths Falls Walmart location was able to process my return and refund. During these frustrating times, it is such a breath of fresh air to find an employee who cares, and goes above and beyond of what is expected.

Nice and cheap prices for every one
Lovely customer service indeed! Happened to stop by Smith Falls’ Walmart to get the week’s groceries on our way to Ottawa from Toronto. A nice thing happened. Just when my wife and I lined-up to pay, I inquired about getting some windshield anti-freeze and asked one of the clerks where these would be. Politely she said she could get it for me. Just in time; when about to check-out, she rushed towards us and handed them. They were on sale as I requested. She went over and beyond her duty for this lovely customer service. Thanks again!
The produce at Walmart - Smiths Falls is good and reasonably priced. Their fresh team works extremely hard to deliver only the freshest products and everyone is friendly, helpful and courteous. Some of the fruits, I bought from this store and would absolutely suggest others to try are: Cara Cara oranges - Extremely sweet and juicy... was a great addition to my smoothie Golden Kiwi - sweet and delicate taste Cotton Candy grapes - the sweet flavor can be compared to cotton candy Last but not least if you happen to love spring rolls, you should try the chicken spring rolls sold in their deli department. They are the best!!!
I prefer Surrey Central Wal-Mart outlet to this one. You have much more variety in grocery items there as compared to this one. It is ok for regular stuff. Staff could have been more courteous. It does have MacDonald, Eye care and Photography center.
