Great selection of grilled and smoked foods. Plenty of options for sides - so not at all limited for choice. Service was quick and pleasant. Food was good with a reasonable price point (meal for 4 adults - mains and desserts with alcoholic drinks - about 30pp). 4 stars based on some initial confusion about kitchen closing time on the Sunday (informed on the phone about 8pm) so rushed there to be told it was 9. Recommended.

Been here a few times so thought it's time to leave a review. When the doors first opened it was a very nice and welcome addition to Hoddesdon and its done nothing but improve ever since. The concept is great as you can eat as little or as much as you like and mix and match your food. For value for money definitely go with a shed board as you can fill it with lots of tasty options and looks great. The quality of the food is high and its all very tasty and always arrives hot and fresh. The staff are super friendly, especially Caitlyn and they're always very helpful and willing to please. Firecracker prawns, honey and sesame wings and any burger or ribs are highlights but a firm fave is the nacho hot dog. Oh and if you're up for a challenge to get a t-shirt and discount off your next bill, there's an unbelievable burger and some extremely fiery wings. Give it a try ... you won't be disappointed.

We collected our food. It was outstanding. Ribs, burgers, mac n cheese were amazing. My favourite was the the pulled pork nachos. Can't wait until we can eat in again!

Not real American BBQ food. Haven eaten proper BBQ in the states I can confirm this does not come close. The only item which was \fine\ was the burnt ends, but then they were incredibly salty so could only eat a couple. Wings were stone cold, sent back and replaced ones had basically no buffalo sauce on. Blue cheese dip was in actuality just pureed macaroni cheese. Loaded fries were cold. BBQ beans were just a tin of baked beans with some cooked pork in it. Cocktails were not made fresh and used the mixer you buy from cash and carry. We went for our anniversary and had really been looking forward to trying this so this was such a disappointment. We ate what we could bring ourselves to eat but left half of it and said no when they asked if we wanted a doggy bag. The service was great to begin with and the girls were very helpful. However after the return of food and the looks on our faces when eating the replacement, it was quite clear they realised the experience had not been great for us and we ended up waiting ages for someone to pluck up the courage to come over at the end of the meal. It was not the servers fault however that the food was poor so we paid up and tipped the girls still.

A real shame. My Wife and I love this type of grub and have wanted to try it out for ages so we visited for our anniversary meal. Firstly the Staff were excellent, very understanding. We went for a platter which looked like a great way to get all the different things we love. Meal arrived cold, sent it back, came back hotter. Maybe because we've had good BBQ in the US (and the UK) our expectations were high. Just really disappointing flavour and quality wise. The décor of the place is great but I'd rather eat at a place with 1 star looks and 5 star food, this, from our visit is very much the other way round.
