Don't have a. Emergency number for out-of hours when the meter is flooded. Not a problem if your a single person that can wait till the next mor ung however, there are people with BABIES who have no where to go when the meters broke and you can out gas on!! No wonder sse use them just as awful for out of hours services!!

unprofessional service, booked for smart meter installation they didn't turn up and they don't even answer their phone. AVOID
If I could give no stars then I would. Would not take no for and answer. The employee on the other end of the phone was so rude I just had to hang up. Avoid answering or ringing at all costs.
Cold calling and refuse to cease without handing over sensitive data.
Customer support absolutely useless! Waited over 10 mins to speak to someone, when my call was eventually answered the customer support adviser was absolutely clueless i gave up in the end! I will not be taking up your smart meter offer! If you can't answer a simple question what hope have i got of getting a smart meter installed/working?
