If you need anything from the Service Department, Juan Hernandez is also very personable and courteous. The other staff in various departments were also very friendly and personable. I would rate this dealership as one of the best I have ever dealt with. Every person I came in contact with was most helpful and answered every question I had. I purchased a Lexus certified pre-owned 2018 ES 350 and gave them my price and we got the deal done. None of the back and forth negotiating. I even got a follow up note from the dealership manager and he answered me back personally when I had a question and he asked what could he do to earn my business. It is a very well run organization and dealership.
