I have had a pain in my lower back from taking care of my elderly parent for over 7 years. I have tried everything and it wasn't until I went to NovaCare that I had results specifically with a care manager named Eric Hsia! He worked on me one time and I had amazing results to the point that I drive from Dover to Smyrna to see him. He has the skill, knowledge, great sense of humor, and he really cares. I highly recommend Eric Hsia and NovaCare. Valerie is part of the team and they do an outstanding job. After 2 years of trying to find relief from my pain, I am getting excellent results.

Eric takes the time to throughly explain ones injury and treatment, he even uses visual aids. He is knowledgeable and focuses on proper techniques and recovery plans. In addition to being good at what he does, he is also friendly and funny, I look forward to going to PT because of his great personality. Valerie is likewise excellent, she is friendly and calm and consistently succeeds in accommodating my schedule. The facility is clean and well maintained. There is ample parking. I highly recommend Eric and this location.

I went to NovaCare Rehab for a torn meniscus in my right knee. I dealt mostly with Valerie Black and Eric Hsia. Both of them were extremely kind, helpful, and very friendly. I truly enjoyed our conversations and they were genuinely concerned about me as a person. Eric was very knowledgeable about P/T and helped me achieve my goal in a timely manner. He pushed me to do the therapy necessary to fix my problem properly and timely. I was extremely satisfied with the care I received at NovaCare and by Eric and Valerie. I would highly recommend them.
