They asked me to arrive at 3:15pm for my 3:30 appointment, after filling out paperwork, they called my name at 3:25, so no wait time for me. The staff member, Pam, who did my mammogram was very thoughtful and caring, friendly, made me feel comfortable and at ease, explained in detail what to expect. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and welcoming.

I honestly though this place was pretty great. Easy to find for someone who isn't from here. The woman at the front was so kind, friendly and welcoming. The woman in the back who actually did my test was nice too. The only reason why I took off a star is because they were super busy apparently so I had nowhere to put my stuff and never got to change into a gown which I though was required? Anyways, the lady was super nice about it and she really tried to find me a locker too, which she eventually did! But I had to just walk around bra-less with my clothes on while I waited which was kind of weird. Lol

My experiences with Premier Radiology have been absolutely horrible, and that’s an understatement. If I could rate zero stars, I would. Every single time I have been here, I’ve waited for over three or four hours for a 30 second X-Ray. If you decide to come to Premier Radiology, make sure you have a couple of days off of work, cancel your personal life, and all plans because this place will consume your entire day. I have also never seen a front desk more rude than the lady that I had to deal with. I will never come within a mile of this place, that’s how bad my experience was. The only reason I had to come is because it’s in-network with my insurance. I have learned my lesson! I would pay hundreds or thousands of dollars for a more professional radiologist next time. Oh and by the way, don’t even bother making an appointment. Appointments mean nothing here and you will still be asked to wait for hours after your scheduled appointment (based on my conversations with others in the lobby). Steer clear!! I know I will be from here on out.

Terrible. They over charged 329. We asked for a detailed bill for our records and my benefit departments records. They provided some generic paper with a charge. That was not suffice. We then reached out to the billing department for help. Getting a hold of anyone is next to impossible. They rarely answer or return your call. They must be the worst customer service department I’ve ever tried to contact. Beware of being over charged and lack of communication. We’ve been calling for 2 months. They supposedly refunded our money to an account that no longer exists. Felt like a third world business. Very unprofessional. Don’t bother otherwise you’re putting yourself at risk.

Was scheduled an appointment for an MRI by my doctor. 2 weeks later they call me in the middle of the work day. I couldnt answer fast enough so I called them back directly. Its been 2 months that I've been calling this place starting at 8 in the morning all the way into 5 in the evening. No exaggeration here. Ive literally called hundreds of times and no one will ever answer the phone. No way to leave a message. Its impossible. Now I have to take a day off of work just to go schedule an appointment where ill have to take another day off of work to go too. Can you not afford to pay for a secretary? I know your gonna charge me in the thousands for a simple MRI. If I had a choice....i would never go here.

The process it was to see me was fast along with scheduling. But I had a second opinion report done on my MRI and I had findings instead of a normal findings. Now I can get treated for back care. If you need to get a second opinion get copies of your radiology and get a second opinion. Without the second opinion help Premier Radiology would have led me to believe I was crazy. Now I know I have L5/S1 central disc protrusion.

This has to be the most unprofessional, incompetent, unsanitary medical facility I have ever seen in my entire 55 years of life!!! Not only do they (obviously the actual radiologist) read your scans completely wrong; therefore sending your physician the absolute incorrect information ,even when confronted by the physicians, they still will not concede. Also, they do NOT SANITIZE ANYTHING between patients!!! So there you are, touching and breathing whatever the person before you has left behind!!! And if you need to call their office...FORGET IT!! They NEVER, and I mean NEVER answer the phone, no matter what department # you push!! I’m astonished they are actually still in business. What’s the most dangerous, is there is no way to tell how many misdiagnosis they have made. What a shame!!! This place needs to go before they cause someone’s death, if they haven’t already..The Smyrna location caused my husband to be diagnosed with cancer because they said they “saw” some legions!! When actually there were none. Thank God we had a second opinion. This is unbelievable, especially with the advancement of medicine this day and time!!! One star is too many!!!!

NOT JUST THIS TIME BUT E V E R Y T I M E I HAVE BEEN THEY DO NOT HAVE My procedure pre-approved and I have sat and waited for 45 minutes for them to get the approval only to call me to the window to asked me to call the insurance company it’s not my job but I ran a desk for 20 years and I never asked a customer or a patient to call their own insurance company to get the approval while standing at the front desk. My procedure pre-approved and I have sat and waited for 45 minutes for them to get the approval only to call me to the window to asked me to call the insurance company it’s not my job but I ran a desk for 20 years and I never asked a customer or a patient to call their own insurance company to get the approval while standing at the front desk I waited four weeks for an appointment I got one call to confirm they had to reschedule because they didn’t have the approval code yet put it off another week sent me a confirmation on Friday for an 8 o’clock Monday morning appointment I got there at 7:30 and she said I’m sorry we do not have this approved yet!!!!!!! I AM FEED UP WITH THE FRONT DESK DOING THEIR JOB !!!! IO DO NOT recommend Premier radiology at 741 President Pl. in Smyrna Tennessee. I finally just broke down in the parking lot and cried!!!! I was there today to have an MRI of my brain !!!!!
