The maintenance team at Stoneridge Farms is exceptional. Work orders are handled expeditiously and issues are solved either same day or next day depending if a part has to be ordered. The property is kept clean and neat each and every day with many recent updates (new roofs, paint etc.). The office staff is pleasant, helpful and always ready to go the extra mile when needed. We enjoy living at Stoneridge Farms and plan on staying for many years to come.

I have lived here for 13 years and have seen many changes. But the office staff and maintenance staff have always been wonderful and professional. The people who work here now are the best! I love calling this beautiful place home.
My fiancé and I have lived here since March 2020 and we have nothing but good things to say about Stoneridge Farms. All of our neighbors are very pleasant and friendly. The staff is absolutely amazing and all issues are handled quickly and professionally. The staff have handled the Covid 19 pandemic well and implemented policies so that amenities can still be enjoyed safely. They have also held a variety of virtual resident events this year that have been a blast to participate in. We highly recommended this community to anyone looking
