When I originally called it was difficult to understand the man that answered the phone as there was a lot of noise in the background, he eventually turned the TV down and mumbled some stuff I ended up coming down to the office and he said that I needed to make an appointment but did not tell me that on the phone. I came again the next day at my appointment time nobody is here and the lights are off and they are not answering the phones, super unprofessional!

Whatever you are in need of I am sure you can find it elsewhere, where there is a more pleasant person behind the desk/phone. The guy running this place is rude and doesn't know a thing about customer service. Unfortunately because of COVID a lot of places are shut down right now and this was my last resort. AVOID at all cost. It's funny, this is a staffing and recruiting service and the people that walk through those doors are better qualified and friendly compared to the man running the desk. Places with rude staff need to learn the hard way that they're doing things wrong nowadays, I guess.

Have used Snelling for a couple of times now to fill positions in our office. The agencies came through quickly for is w very qualified candidates. We even kept one on staff permanently after the 3 month period. Would absolutely use their services again to hire out
