Great guy Kevin was taking care of us today. Very helpful and helped us out Alot.
I went to the dealer, drive an hour to get there, doors were locked. I happened to hear someone in the back, went back there and a guy made some calls. He told me someone would there in about 30 minutes. I waited 45 minutes to an hour, no one came. I walk back thi the back and the says I think they are on break or at lunch, I don't know. I was optimistic about this, especially since I was very interested in the vehicle I went to see. I will never go back here. I do not recommend it.
The guy I spoke with on the phone was nice enough. He confirmed that the car I was interested in was still on the lot. So I drove there to check it out. The lot has maybe thirty cars jammed in front of a battered office. I wandered inside, and the inside of this place looked like a flop house.Horrible thread-bear carpet, lights off, and a television in front of a scary sofa blaring cable news. I walked outside and called the guy, and he said he would be right there. Then two minutes later, a young guy shows up. He goes inside to find the keys. Exterior of the car looks fine, and so does the inside. We start the car up, and turn on the A/C. Nada. Nothing - hot air. I pulled the keys out and hand them to the sales guy. Tell him I 'm not interested - we never got the car into \drive.\ I then decide to take a look at another car. He hands me the keys and tells me to take it for a drive. I do, and the car seems to drive okay. A/C works at least. But when I go to roll the windows down and adjust the side-view mirrors - nothing. The switch is broken. I also checked the rear wiper, and it came on, but wouldn't turn off. Again - nice people, but I'm not sure how I feel about buying a car from people who can't get them ready to sell.
We purchased a used vehicle, and had excellent service from start to finish. Mouries was extremely helpful. We needed a few things done on the car, and they took care of the issues. They even followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly. We will use this dealership again in the future!
