We have Cambridge care through VA. The first 2 caregivers were terrible. One of them was very rude and violated HIPPA by taking pictures of patients and showing them to other patients we well as having a terrible attitude about working. The 3rd one was awesome. We have had a nightmare for the past 3 weeks. They don't check out their caregivers whether they are actually qualified, they show up 1-2 hours LATE and don't call to let us know, leave early, just do minimal work or you have to stand over them to direct them what to do.

This home Care company was given to me for my husband. The experience was horrible, they barely speak English, they don’t communicate well, you can barely understand them, and they are very rude. How can you make sure the care for someone is good if there’s no communication. Every time I call there’s someone talking loud in the background in another language. They are very inexperienced, I was surprised to see that the nurse spoke English she was very pleasant. There’s also an office staff that was communicating very well but she told me she didn’t handle the placement, so I was right back to square one. They kept promising me an aide for over two months and most of them had no experience. It’s like they hired them out of high school. I wouldn’t recommend this company to care for your loved ones.
