I have been going here for the past 8 months now. It’s almost time for my braces to be removed and I am so excited! The staff here really does their best to get you what you need done in a timely and efficient manner. My appointments usually go by really quick. Today’s appointment took a little longer because of spring break. I really did not hesitate to wait because they have been so good to me. If you are visiting right now, please be patient with the staff. The technicians, Doctors, and other staff members really do all that they can to get you in, out, and satisfied. Dr. Ryan Richard is very patient, persistent, and efficient. I had braces before coming to him and I really can tell the difference between an excellent orthodontist and the one I had before him.The orthodontist before him barely touched my mouth, monitor my teeth etc. Almost all the decisions were made by the technicians (who were great don’t get me wrong) but that doctor made me feel irrelevant. Did not explain anything that was going on to me. Really just seemed annoyed when I asked questions. In the time I have switched to Dr.Richard I have seen soooo much progress in my teeth. He monitors everything, carefully calculates the next steps, and tells me what’s happening and what he wants to do about it. Also he seems like a perfectionist which I am totally okay with because I know my end result will be great! I am excited to see what my teeth will look like at the end. Hope you choose to invest in your teeth with this staff and location. I have yet to regret my decision.

I am a dental hygienist and I have been super impressed with the care of my son at Family Orthodontics of Snellville. I would say that my standards are very high , yet they have exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great ortho care from a great doctor and staff!

The best Orthodontist! The doctor is extremely nice and the staff is amazing! I recommend Family Orthodontics to all my friends and family. They work with you financially and set up a payment plan that meets your needs. 5 stars for sure.

Love this location and Dr. Richards! This is my second time coming back (next child up for braces...lucky me lol!) and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Very friendly staff, clean facilities - COVID safe, etc. Dr. Richards also doesn't rush you like most drs do. He answers all questions and is very thorough! I highly recommend this practice and especially Dr. Richards :)

They were amazing! We had a consultation last Friday and they got her in the following Tuesday. We arrived a little late and they were still able to get my daughter in to get her braces for the first time. They were very informative and kind and sufficient. I’m happy we found this place
