Loved it! Super clean. Super comfy. Super quiet and peaceful. We didn't book online we were checked in very promptly. Surrounded by tons of shopping stores, restaurants and grocery stores. I will definitely be back.

Great staff, nice hotel, needed a repair on cabinet door in room (no biggie) powerful hot shower, really good comp breakfast! Slept great in king bed in suite.
Our online check-in was easy and excellent. The gentleman working at the front desk was kind and courteous and very helpful during our entire stay. The hotel was clean and in great condition. Our room was perfect. We were given a room upgrade due to our Gold Hilton status, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel is very safe with all entrances and exits remaining locked 24 hours a day. It was a solid 5 Stars and we were extremely satisfied. BUT, then I had a 17.50 Pantry charge added to my account. The Hotel states that the charge was made to my room account at 3:17 AM on July 26, 2020. This charge was not made by nor authorized by either me or my wife. We were asleep in bed at the time this charge was made. We did NOT make any purchase from the Pantry. Despite contacting the Hotel directly this charge remains on my guest folio and the charge has not been removed or refunded on my American Express despite it being reported as FRAUD!!!!! The dollar amount of the charge is not the issue! It is that my card was charged FRAUDULENTLY!! and not resolved after 36 hours. I will file a fraud dispute on my Hilton American Express since the Hotel appears to not be willing to resolve this issue. If you stay at this property, CHECK YOUR FOLIO for any fraudulent charges on your credit card!
It is a beautiful hotel and the service is great. Everyone is helpful and pleasant. The room was clean a nice size. Enjoyed my stay.
Booked a King Suite at this hotel and enjoyed the stay tremendously. Room was spacious with the perfect layout. The view was good also. The hotel is conveniently located near a number of shopping and restaurant establishments. Check-in was simple and easy. Just wish I could have been able to utilize keyless entry. Couldn't get the app to accept member ID and password. Will have to visit again soon.
When me and my family checked in Wednesday afternoon the staff was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The breakfast bar was in my opinion outstanding. The front desk provided great service each night . I highly recommend if you're ever in Snellville Georgia to come and stay here. The rooms were very clean, and yes fresh.
We stayed at The Hampton Inn in Snellville, Ga all of Thanksgiving week. Upon arrival, we were greeted by and checked in by Joby. He was extremely friendly and kind. I saw him many other evenings and each time his demeanor never changed. Every morning my family and I would go down for breakfast. Maggie, who was the breakfast attendant, was amazing. She took the time to talk with my kids and every morning when she saw us coming, she would go right to making us 5 hot plates, 3 smaller ones for my children and 2 larger plates for my wife and I. She was definitely the best part of breakfast! All in all, the hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. The location is great. 5 star in my book!
