Dr. Jaffe is incredible. I have been meeting with her since September, and she has been absolutely wonderful for improvements in my mental health. I cannot recommend her enough. The telehealth appointments make visits manageable amidst the pandemic, and I feel like there is always enough time dedicated to my needs and my visit.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! I specifically called in a a asked for a appointment with a Suboxone Specialist. I was giving the first available appointment which was one week out with a Dr. Jacqueline Owens. I downloaded my patient portal and filled out all forms (again specifying that I wanted a appointment with a Suboxone specialist). After waiting a week I called the day before to confirm. On February 24th at 9am my virtual appointment started with Dr. Jacqueline Owens and after about 30 mins of questions I was told that the doctor was not available to write prescriptions and would need to see me in person first. And went on to suggest that I should admit myself to a Crisis Center. It was not until now when I had to explain I was not in a Crisis and I was interested in Suboxone that she admitted that her office did not specialize in Suboxone and was not licensed to prescribe or treat patients. Secondly she explains that she’s not a Doctor (only a Nurse Practitioner) and continue to insist on trying to help me and insisting ( I guess hoping to secure the 300 I had already paid). In the end I had to demand to stop the appointment and not be charged. Her commit was “ Im not really looking to get any money from this ALL THOUGH we have been on the phone now for some time). WHAT A JOKE! Thankfully the Review didn’t end this way. After spending another 2 hours on hold a being hung up on I was able to talk to some very polite people(Laura and Rebecca) and was scheduled with the right Doctors. I was giving a credit for my next appointment and even some helpful information. I also want to say that I have family and friends that use LifeStance and have only spoken good things about the Marietta location. I’m sure they have good people and good doctors just make sure your talking to the right people and a real Doctor. I almost lost 300 to someone pretending.

Dr. Browne -Tomlinson was great she was a very good listener, She's very understanding. I was nervous about seening a new doctor she made me feel comfortable.

my psychiatrist retired without notifying me so i was without my medicine for over a week. prior to him retiring, the appointments ALWAYS ran late and i don’t mean a typical 15min wait, i mean my appt was at 3 and he called my personal number at 8. similar situation to the appt prior. for people who claim to provide mental health services, they really don’t care about their patients wellbeing.

If I were just reviewing my doctors, it would be a 5 star review. Dr. Lederman and Dr. Jaffe are phenomenal providers. The office on the other hand is abhorrent. The online booking system has been out of commission for at least a month as of this posting, so if you want to make an appointment, you have to call. Good luck on their phone system. I called at 4pm on Tuesday to make an appointment. The automated system said I was 10th in line and my hold time would be 10 minutes. 35 minutes later, I was number 1 in line and I got booted to the voicemail. There is no reason for that to have happened, considering that the offices are open until 6 according to their Google listing. So now we get into the game of phone tag that inevitably ends up happening. Then there is the billing department. For some reason they accept Anthem BCBS of Georgia, but every three months or so I get a massive bill from the office and I have to call Anthem and have them send over another EOB. This is one of the least professional offices that I have ever encountered and I have no qualms about seeking care elsewhere.
