I made a visit to Music and Arts to find a new guitar strap because my precious strap broke. As soon as I walked in, someone asked what I was looking for because I was struggling to find where the guitar straps are. Stood there for about 15-20 mins trying to decide with 20 in my purse what guitar strap I could get. I finally walk up to the cashier, Austin, who is really nice and helpful and basically he gave me an early Christmas gift to help with purchasing my strap. Thank you Music & Arts btw I'm an old student that was there for about 4-5 years so going in there and seeing how it was now and the kind people inside was nice.
