Slow service. This place is just horrible. I feel like this is happening more and more with this particular industry. Overpriced cafeteria food.

Need more staff to take care of customers. Food was good just to long to order then wait for food to be cooked.
I bought the new teriyaki salad and it is 12. I took a pic the website’s salad and what I just got. It’s an absolute joke and a disappointment. I am so angry to know that I spent 12 on nothing. There is barely any veggies. Not well cooked quinoa. If this is what you consider to be worth the cost I recommend no one buy the salad. Total rip off.
Having worked there during summer/fall of 2020, all the negative reviews about the mediocre service totally align with how things ran behind the scenes. It was like the place turned into one giant headless chicken during every single rush of literally every single shift I worked there. I put that on certain managers and co-workers who were running things during my time there. While a good many of them kept their heads during busy hours, there was always a good number of them there who completely lost their cool, and it definitely made for a more stressful work environment. I've witnessed co-workers loudly going at it within earshot of customers, certain managers needlessly losing their tempers, and I myself have even had co-workers attempt to bait me into petty arguments while I was ringing up customers. After all is said in done, Panera overall has good food and a nice structure, but this specific location falls behind due to the staff's inability to remain professional and keep cool heads.
Excellent service and consistently tasty food. My daughter is vegan so the ten vegetable soup and Greek salad minus the feta cheese were great options. The steak and cheese sandwich was also delicious. The bread was super soft. Restaurant was clean. My only issue was that if you have loaded a gift card to the app, there is no way to pay with that card instore. You can only use it by placing an order through the app. Kind of behind the times on that. I’ve used their rapid pickup in the past and my order was ready in time and it’s always correct. Parking can be tricky because this shopping center is always swamped. I would definitely recommend.
This restaurant is ALWAYS out of breads. At 7pm on a night when the restaurant closes at 10pm, there should NOT be a shortage of bread of ANY TYPE. This was the case before the pandemic, so that can't be used as an excuse. This restaurant has always been substandard to the lication on North Druid Hills. I could drive 15 miles there and be satisfied as opposed to driving 6 miles in my neighborhood. I'm not sure if they're independently owned and operated, but what I do know is whomever the operations/district/store managers are, they aren't doing this brand any justice to live up to what the restaurant is supposed to represent!
Food is good, service is not. I order curbside pick up because I came here for lunch from work and I cant just take my time. Its been several time that I have to wait at least 10 minutes and after that I have to go inside and pick up my order. What is the point of offering a service that you only can fulfill some times?
Absolutely horrible! I placed a curbside order on my phone. Upon arrival, I parked and then indicated in the app that I was there. Nothing. No one came to the car with my order. Sat in the car for 10 minutes and still nothing. Called and no one would answer the phone. Finally I sent my daughter in to get the food. She comes out with the food. I asked her where it was and she said on the shelf. I go in to talk to the manager who is preparing food. Mind you, hardly ANYONE is in there. I walk up and explain to her my dissatisfaction with the service. She apologized nonchalantly, then went back to preparing food. WOW. Nothing. No something off of your next order, something. So I walked out vowing to never come back. Unfortunately, when going through the order I noticed that we didn't have our drink. I sent my daughter back in and she comes out with 2 drinks. The woman couldn't remember if I had one drink or two, so she gave us two. I guess that extra sprite was their way of making up for sitting in my car for 10 minutes. I'll wait until management changes before I go back.
