Ms. Linda is awesome! Our Bella went for a weekend stay. We learned some tips and Bella had a great time. I took back for daycare and she ran from me to go in!! She ran to Ms. Linda and was super excited to see her. I'm so happy with the excellent work that's going on at Snellville Pet Resort!! When we first came I fell in love, mainly because it did NOT smell like a dog place! Considering the other location we went, smelled like dogs did their business everywhere. They even sell scented candles that are good for dogs! I love the care and attention given to these dog babies! Keep up the excellent work!

The young lady that handles the dogs is so bubbly and kind spirited but the owner is a hard nut to crack she's dry. They make you pay upfront now, I have never paid before I left only when I get back

I am unfortunately extremely disappointed by the treatment we received from Linda Carr, the owner of Snellville Pet Resort, after being customers for many years since the previous owner. Our two large dogs were brought In for one week of boarding with their collars, ID, immunization tags, and leashes on as we always do. Both dogs were returned with ONLY their leashes. We were told by her staff they were not dropped with their collars. After we politely requested the owner to search for the unreturned items and review her video camera footage she stated “the images were awkward and blurry.” Furthermore, she stated she knew her “staff would never lose the collars” which essentially questioned our integrity. The owner was provided the cost of the items that were not returned with the dogs. After trying to resolve the issue for 6 days she offered an insulting amount (even considering depreciation) to replace the items and told us to pick up the reimbursement in person. When I attempted to speak with her by phone she repeatedly raised her voice, was rude, and quite argumentative. I reminded her she was in no way “developing lasting relationships” or treating us as “valued customers” as she mentions on her website. We will never utilize Snellville Pet Resort again. Lastly, it is very concerning that her cameras ONLY produced “blurry and awkward images of my pets” as the owner stated.

Linda and her team are AWESOME! Our lab loves coming here. He's always so excited to go to daycare and he's usually asleep in the car before we leave the parking lot. Highly recommend Snellville Pet Resort for daycare!

Very clean establishment, it always smells like a spa. Friendly and courteous staff. I especially love that my pet is not crated the whole time and that there is an area for him to play and socialize.
