WORST planet smoothie ever. They charged 1.00 EACH for the add-ins which is 0.80 each clearly written on the menu. But its just couple cents so I let it go without saying anything. Then she gave me a light size when I ordered small. I asked her is this small? and she said “yes” like I wouldn't know. So I said no this is light not small then she transferred it to small size. Also she didn’t wash her hand after mobbing the floor and made the drinks. Disgusting.

The smoothies are actually good, but they have a sign saying “Everyday Special 5 32oz snoothie”. However, they refuse to honor this, and say that is only on Thursdays. How is “everyday” equal to “just Thursdays”?? Very sleazy.
Online hours say they are open until 9 everyday but Sunday. I got there at 8:43 and they say they close at 8:30. They need to update their hours. I came out of the house bc my daughter wanted a smoothie from here. I could have stayed home.
The employees here refuse to wear their mask. Also they refuse to honor “curbside pickup” via the app. They say they don’t do curbside when the app/online clearly says they do.
I enjoy this healthy lifestyle style and the Planet Smoothie has the best choices.

I went and saw the worker making the smoothie right after mobbing the floor without washing her hands. Also she charged extra for the add-ins more than what it should have been. SHE LOOK LIKE IF SHE WAS UNDER SOME KIND OF substance just by the way she was handling her service.
