This place is terrible! I booked two appointments online and no one called nor was I able to see any counselor. Me and my fiancé called iff of work to make the appointment only to have to call a number and be told that the website is messed up and I was suppose to receive a call to set up an account but they had a long day so no one got around to calling me for either appointment to let me know the office wouldn’t be open at all. Very unorganized company, website allowance for online scheduling but those are not guaranteed appointments, and I would not recommend this place. If you need serious counseling or desire more accountability or communication, please look elsewhere. How can they help someone’s relationship and help them build communication when they have a website that gives misinformation and they don’t communicate properly? I’m frustrated because I spent an entire week studying several places to go to and reading at least 60 different bios and thought their counselor with a military background would be perfect since my partner served also.

My 16 year old daughter has seen many counselors prior to coming to SOS and she never enjoyed counseling or found it very useful. She has been seeing Kabian at SOS for a while now and she not only enjoys her appointments but Kabian has given her so many useful tools to help her work through depression and anxiety. We are thrilled to be at SOS and would definitely recommend Kabian!

Why didn’t I find this place sooner?!? It’s already changed my life in so many ways!!! They’re very patient and understanding, and I look forward to seeing them as often as possible!!!
