Redinsi Music Tutorials

We've had a great relationship with Warren and the staff at Sniders. Always friendly and goes out of the way to help us out. Throughout Covid, they've gone out of their way to make sure everything is safe, clean and easy to access. I've needed strings multiple times on short notice and they've always been there for us. No need for ordering online, waiting 3 hours, and then heading to the shop. Just give 'em a call and show up 5 minutes later! In times like these, we need smaller shops like this to serve our communities. Keep up the good work

They don’t even greet you with a “Hi can I help you with anything today?” They really just expect you to do all the talking for some reason. The guy at the front desk was not very friendly but he recommended a good ukulele for me. I’m very satisfied with my ukulele despite the mediocre customer service.

Just horrible customer service , the lady working tonight was too busy on her laptop to show any real value in providing us customer service, . To top it off, after calling before to ask if they had a specific model of a new guitar in stock and told “yes”, only to arrive to find the same display guitar from weeks ago being sold as if it was just brought in few days ago. Glad to have video of it from weeks ago otherwise would have bought a display thinking it was new. I understand you want to sell your existing stock, but at least be HONEST and if you need to ...offer an appropriate discount for display guitars. That’s what normal shops do.

The staff are really easy-going. My young kids actually enjoy playing the piano and I think it's because Dan Rusic is such an amazing teacher, one of the best. Evan Ritchie's drum lessons are fantastic. We had Glen run a ukulele party at our house (for 9 7yo kids) which turned out really well. Definitely recommend.

Most of the teachers are great. A few are lacklustre. The rock band program is really good, and produces good performances at their performance nights that are held every few months. Fair prices on instruments and equipment, but most of the instruments are "entry-level", so if you're looking for premium items they'll have to special-order them. Good selection of music books available to browse.
